Great food, superb atmosphere and brilliant networking – a report from our ‘Healthy Refreshments for your Office’ event

At our networking event on Thursday 24^th November 2016 we welcomed guests from twenty companies, and offered them a variety of healthy refreshments.

We invited Office Pantry and FreshGround to join us as co-hosts. Office Pantry specialises in delivering tailored fresh fruit, milk and snack offerings to businesses. The company was established by Giles and Charles, and has been running successfully for several years. FreshGround is one of the UK’s leading drinks supplier, offering coffee machines and water solutions. Freshground has been hydrating the UK for over 30 years.

We aim to make company workplaces happier through presenting healthy choices, and this event was a perfect opportunity for businesses to experience the products and network with others. We scheduled this event for lunchtime, so that our busy customers could take a break, grab some food, and learn about the fantastic products available.

We know that the best conversations happen in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, so we focused on allowing our guests to enjoy themselves rather than following a structured agenda. We were delighted to see so many animated conversations, and our guests taking a keen interest in our samples and products.

We decided to take advantage of the fun atmosphere, and top off this great event with ‘The Mannequin Challenge’. For the unaware amongst us, the Mannequin Challenge is a viral internet video trend, where people remain frozen in action. And how did that go? We’ll allow you to be the judge…
