Smarter, safer and more convenient drinking water.

The Billi Eco Boiling and Chilled system delivers invigorating filtered boiling and chilled drinking water. The Eco is designed specifically for the small office or high end residential application and come as standard with the chrome XL lever tap.

The Eco is designed and manufactured in our own Australian plant to meet or exceed green building requirements, disability access and ergonomic design imperatives.

Safety switch

All our Boiling and Chilled dispensers come with an integrated safety switch. The red lock icon demonstrates when the safety switch is activated, simply press the switch to release the lock and allow full use of boiling water. The system will revert to safety mode after 8 seconds of non use.

Splash free delivery

Electronic control of boiling water delivery ensures user safety. The flow is momentarily slowed as the water exits the dispenser, eliminating splashing as the water enters the cup.

Space saving

With a design focus on space saving our Boiling and Chilled systems are often half the size of comparative under counter products, allowing you to make the most of the available area. The Eco sets a new standard for space saving at an amazing 180mm wide.

Designer taps

Following collaboration with architects, designers, engineers and end users, Billi has created an exceptional new range of dispensers to suit our Boiling and Chilled systems. Why choose the Eco?

Instant boiling and chilled filtered drinking water for small office applications.

  • Space Efficiency

The Billi Eco has very compact dimensions. An amazing 180mm wide, 340 mm high and 500mm deep, allowing it to fit within standard cabinetry. The under counter unit is specifically designed to maximise available space under the sink.

The Billi Eco unit is the only aircooled unit available that does not require the provision of ventilation or ventilation grilles.

  • Energy Efficiency

Superior insulation is critical to the sustainable performance of any integrated boiling system. The Billi Eco utilises Billi’s unique high performance Thermostore™ technology and insulation materials which operate at a level of efficiency which exceeds 50 times that of a traditional hot water tank. In addition the Standby mode will ensure after a set period of non-usage the unit will power down to prevent excess energy consumption.

The Billi Eco incorporates Eco-Intelligence technology which is a self-learning timer allowing the unit to operate when required. The self -earning timer monitors daily usage patterns and even recognizes evening and weekend changes in routine to effectively minimise energy consumption.

  • Time Efficiency

With the highest immediate cup rates on the market for its kind, the need to queue for hot or chilled drinking water is removed with the Billi Eco. Note that one of the biggest issues we have noticed is where a tap is undersized for the application to meet a price point, but doesn’t have the capacity to cope with peak periods of high demand. We are very happy to advise before you spend your money.

Filtered drinking water dispensed – instantly. Cuts downtime, cuts inefficiency, raises productivity.

Styles and finishes of Billi dispensers

Choose a dispenser from our standard XL Levered, the innovative XT Touch version which has no levers and a clean style with all operation via a touch pad at the top of the tap or the XR Remote which has a separate control pad which can be mounted nearby the tap for greater design flexibility. All versions are available with the Billi Eco system. Available in chrome, brushed chrome, matt and gloss black.

If the dispenser is to be mounted away from a sink, choose our XI Font. The ultimate in modern clean styling, it can be either surface mounted or recessed into the bench top for a completely flush mounting. The font comes complete with a 70mm dispenser riser to ensure sufficient clearance.

Drainage font and dispenser riser

A dispenser riser can be added separately to create extra dispense height for tall glasses and jugs. There are two dispenser riser heights available for the XL, XT and XR dispensers, choose between 120mm and 70mm. These give dispense heights of 250mm and 200mm respectively.

There’s no room left under our sink. Can a Billi water filtration system be installed in the next cupboard?
Absolutely. In fact your dispenser can be installed up to 2.0m from its undersink water filter. Remember, there may be a boiling water delay with a long extension.
How often should I replace my under counter water system filter?
We recommend a new filter at least every 6-12 months, depending on usage and water quality.
Do I need to buy special filters for my under counter water system?
Yes. You should always use the correct filter for your water system. Call us to order on 020 7456 6789
Do water filtration systems get blocked? Our boiling water flows well but cool just dribbles out.
Yes. As filters catch contaminants, they become soiled. Billi under counter water systems use mains pressure, so reduced chilled water flow indicates you should change filters.
Why do the red and blue lights flash on the tap?
The indicator lights tell you what’s going on. Flashing red means boiling water hasn’t reached 98.5°C yet. Flashing blue means water hasn’t chilled to set temperature. Both lights will glow solid when this happens.
How do I know when to change the under counter water filter?
The orange light will flash continually when your water filter needs changing.
My dispenser blue light is on but the water system is not chilling.
The under counter chilling unit may need a minor service. Change filters before calling a technician.
I don’t have boiling water and the dispenser red light is always flashing.
The heating element may have blown or overloaded. Call us on 020 7456 6790 for engineer assistance.

Why is there is a strange taste to the drinking water from our undersink filter?
Contaminants collected in your under counter filter become concentrated when filters reach the end of their life and can affect water taste. Ensure that the filter is replaced at least every 12 months or 6,000 litres, and preferably twice a year.
Do you have a drain tray? We’d like to install a Billi unit in the boardroom but there’s no sink.
Yes. The Billi XI font is available for this purpose in a finish to match your filtered water dispenser.
How can I tell if my Billi unit is on or off?
If the Billi dispenser lights are illuminated, your Eco water system is on.
