Meet the team – Introducing Mark Cross
Billi is ever-expanding and innovating within the market and as you know has recently been working closer with its parent company Waterlogic. Recently, our teams have been working much closer with some Waterlogic’s personnel of various positions. We invite you to get to know these new personnel and learn more about the knowledge they can bring to the Billi brand.
First up to be introduced is Mark Cross, the sales and marketing director for Waterlogic and Billi UK. Mark has worked within the water dispenser industry for 13 years and has a depth of knowledge to bring to the Billi brand. Mark also sits on the executive council for The Water Dispenser and Hydration Association (WHA). The WHA are the leading association for the hydration industry and provide information, training, guidance and regulations that are implemented, audited and enforced ensuring quality and sustainability of the services offered by our Members to their customers.
Mark will be responsible for the ongoing growth, development and sales output of the Billi brand here in the UK. He is passionate about the quality and design of Billi products and has already been working alongside the Billi team for a number of years as part of the previous Waterlogic partnership.
Mark had this to say about his vision moving forward with Billi –
“I’m really excited to work with the Billi brand here in the UK and the team have already made a good start with the launch of the platinum partnership program, which you’ll be hearing more about soon. There are some fantastic opportunities to introduce Billi to our existing Waterlogic customer base and to continue to push Billi through its growth stage in the UK. I really believe in the strength of the Billi brand and staying true to this, we have some exciting projects coming up over the next year, including our COVID postponed Clerkenwell design week sponsorship for 2021. Our ambition is to make the first choice for integrated cold, sparkling and hot taps here in the UK, and with the support of Waterlogic’s infrastructure, this is looking more and more likely.”
