Sales Support 

If required, we can support you from a sales perspective. This can be done by hosting presentation days at our London Showroom, providing both a practical and powerpoint presentation on Billi products for the potential clients.  

To book a showroom appointment, please get in touch with one of our sales team. We can either give presentations for you at your own premises, or at our London showroom. Working alongside you, our aim is to educate the end client on our products and servicing. 

It is vital that we do not directly compete with our resellers, but compliment their product offerings, all while providing the necessary support for them to accurately and efficiently sell Billi products. For those who require it, we can provide a branded product booklet.

Designed for your business, it will feature both our branding, and yours. Inside we will outline the Billi products, so you able to specify Billi products accurately.

Service Training

Our Client Care Team has a large network of highly trained and accredited service staff, to provide prompt and reliable after sales service to our customers. This is what sets us apart from our competitors. Billi servicing and aftercare covers everything from supplying and servicing units, to filter changing. Service work is only to be carried out by authorised service personnel. To become authorised to service Billi products, you will need to complete our comprehensive training.  

Alongside customer service, we are able to support you with extensive training surrounding the innovative Billi products.
