Gold plan
Maintenance, parts and labour cover
Recommended for Systems that are no longer covered by their initial warranty.
Includes all parts, labour, service and non-service items, as well as scheduled and unscheduled engineer visits. Preferred by customers who want budget certainty and want to avoid unexpected costs.
Combi plan
Combi 3 or Combi 5
Recommended for New systems installed within the last 6 months.
Includes 2 years of Silver cover during the system’s warranty period, then 1 or 3 years of Gold cover after the warranty ends, for full maintenance, parts and labour cover during the contract period.

How Combi works
Our Combi service plan package comes with two options. Each includes 2 years of Silver cover during the system’s warranty period, then Gold cover once the warranty ends: 1 year with Combi 3, 3 years with Combi 5.

What the plans do not cover
- The Silver plan does not include any additional parts or labour.
- The Gold plan does not cover replacement refrigeration kits, compressors or entire units.
- The Combi plans do not cover refrigeration kits, compressors or refrigeration units.
