    Sign your rental contract on approval and clear a credit check.

    Our technicians survey the site before installing your Billi system.

  4. Ongoing care

    Regular servicing as needed, all included in your rental fee.

Your rental fee is invoiced monthly, ensuring easy financial management. And if you ever need assistance, Billi’s expert customer care team is just a call away.

Rental options

Short-term rental with Billi Flex

Billi Flex is a rolling rental option with a 60-day notice period, perfect for workplaces with temporary leases. It offers the same convenience and benefits as our fixed-term plans, with added flexibility.

If you are unsure, try the Billi Flex plan to test a unit before committing to a fixed-term agreement.

At the end of your term

At the end of your rental term, you can choose to:

  • Continue on rolling terms: transition to a 12-month rolling contract to retain your current system.
  • Upgrade: switch to the latest Billi technology for enhanced performance, starting a new 36-month or 60-month agreement.
  • Terminate: end your agreement, and we’ll handle the removal of your system.
