Your warranty registration is important to us. Complete the form below and one of our team will be in touch shortly to help you register your warranty.

Register your product

The form has two steps: your details and your unit, then your installer’s details, which are optional.

What you’ll need

Your serial number. It is on the silver plaque inside your unit’s case, near the filter. Depending on the model, the plaque sits on the left or the right.
Your purchase date, and the installation date if you have it.
Your installer’s details, if you have them.

Proof we accept

For proof of purchase or installation, we accept any of the following:

Letter of occupancy or occupancy certificate
Serial number
Copy of the purchase order
Proof of purchase from a third party
