Billi systems are water-cooled rather than air-cooled. Billi's unique heat exchange and energy reclaim technologies recover the waste heat produced in the chilling process to preheat the boiling water, so it reaches optimal temperature more efficiently while achieving substantial energy savings.
Heat exchange keeps water usage minimal, and a standby mode conserves energy by powering down after 2 hours of non-use.
Eco-Intelligence is a self-learning timer that lets the unit operate only when required. It monitors daily usage patterns and recognises evening and weekend changes in routine, to minimise energy consumption.
Global GreenTag is a third-party certification organisation that certifies products under a recognised rating process. Billi Quadra and Quadra Plus products are certified Gold Level under Global GreenTag standards.
Water and energy saving efficiency, recyclability and energy-efficient material choices mean a low environmental impact, helping businesses to reduce their carbon footprint.
Billi's X series dispensers come with a safety switch as standard, to lock off access to boiling water where needed. A red lock icon shows when the safety switch is on: touch the sensor switch to release the lock and activate the boiling water. The dispenser returns to safety mode after a period of non-use.
Billi's Splashfree boiling water delivery electronically varies the water flow, slowing momentarily to eliminate splashing as the water first enters the cup.
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, a risk management methodology for the control of food safety hazards. It is internationally recognised and provides quality assurance for customers and business owners.

Periodic filter replacement is necessary to maintain water quality and ensure optimal health benefits, and more frequent changes are recommended in some areas or with high usage. Genuine Billi filters have a digital lockout feature to retain single-use integrity and maximum hygiene, and the dispenser display has a change reminder: amber lights flash repeatedly when it is time to change your filter.

A simple control knob lets you raise the chilled water temperature to 15°C or lower it to 6°C, for perfectly chilled, refreshing drinks. Your chosen temperature is reached quickly and maintained efficiently during operation.
Adjust the level of sparkling to suit your taste, with controls up to 5 bar of CO2 pressure.
Billi's Plus models can work as your hot water service, providing hot and cold water as well as boiling, chilled, sparkling or still water. They also have a boiling water reserve, so you still have boiling water after the hot water supply is fully drawn. Ideal for areas without a hot water supply.
