Introducing Billi
In 1989, Billi pioneered the first undercounter system which introduced instant dispensing of filtered boiling and chilled water. Utilising this unique concept, Billi expanded its offerings to many countries around the globe. Originating and proudly Australian-made and designed, Billi products come with an assurance of quality, innovation and sustainability.
Our mission is to refine the way people experience water daily by utilising cutting edge eco technology, green building principles to bring functionality and performance alongside contemporary aesthetics.
Our history

1989-1990
Billi, the company is established. The world’s first under-bench boiling and chilled filtered water system was launched.

2006-2007
Billi released the first Billi Quadra model to public; The following year saw the Q-Series Tap launched as part of our product innovation.

2012-2014
The first designer dispenser range was launched, known as the iconic ‘X-Series’. Billi also achieves the Gold Global GreenTag Certification, a mark of industry standard.

2016-2017
Billi becomes pioneer in water filter solutions to extend into ‘matte and metallics’ range of colour finishes. Billi also had a new production line with facility upgrade.

2018-2019
Billi becomes a member of the renowned WELL Building Institute. Billi becomes partners with BWT to introduce latest improved range of filters.

Billi joins the STRIX Technology Group and continues to evolve to serve a growing market. Billi UK reestablished under the STRIX Group banner along with Billi AU and NZ businesses.

2022-2023
Our Melbourne VIC manufacturing plant adopts r290 Green Gas protocols.

Product innovation elevates Billi for Home and Work ranges, the OmniOne platform and Multi-function Mixer Tap become game-changers for Billi’s brand identity and customers alike.
