Billi’s goal is to always provide the highest quality drinking water available, instantly. To keep your drinking water to an exceptional standard, and your unit running optimally, we require you to change your filter a minimum of every 6 months.
Filters accumulate organic matter through the filtration process, which can lead to biofilm development. This can reduce the performance of your product or the quality of the water it dispenses. While local conditions and how often the system is used can affect filter life, minimum filter expectations are in place so that any potential negative impacts can be addressed quickly.
