Why facilities teams choose Billi
Water is only visible when it stops working. The point of a plan is that it does not.

One plan across every site
Gold, Silver and Combi plans cover multi-site estates under a single agreement, so budgeting stops being a per-site exercise.
Scheduled, not reactive
Two visits a year covering filter changes, temperature calibration, pump speed checks and an error log review, before anyone raises a ticket.
Lower running costs
Heat exchange recovers waste heat to pre-warm the boiling tank, and standby mode powers the system down after two hours without use.
Systems that suit an estate
Most estates standardise on two or three models. These are the usual choices.

Service and maintenance FAQs
Gold covers maintenance, parts and labour, and suits systems past their initial 24-month warranty. Silver covers maintenance only: two scheduled visits a year including filter changes and machine checks, with parts and labour billed separately. Combi 3 and Combi 5 are three- and five-year plans for systems installed within the last six months.
Every six months an engineer changes the scale and machine filters, services the flush filter, checks temperature sensors and settings, verifies pump speed, reviews the error log and inspects the tap assembly. Every twelve months that extends to a scale inspection and temperature recalibration.
Yes. Estates with systems across several buildings are covered under a single plan rather than site-by-site contracts, which is usually the reason facilities teams move to us from another supplier.
Every 12 months as a minimum and every 6 months in high-use areas. Systems carry a digital lockout and a visual reminder alarm, so a missed change does not go unnoticed.
In most cases, yes. The Gold plan is designed for systems past their initial 24-month warranty. Register through the maintenance plan form and we will confirm cover once an engineer has assessed the systems.
Tell us how many systems you run and where they are, and we will put together a single plan that covers them.
