The Alpine 120 is a chilled-water system for shared spaces that do not need boiling or sparkling water from the same dispenser. This configuration has a square slimline spout and a single paddle lever for dispensing.
Its under-counter unit uses water-cooling technology, so ventilation grilles are not needed in the surrounding cabinetry. Chilled-water temperature can also be adjusted to suit the site. Billi's dedicated datasheet rates this model at 120 cups per hour under its stated test conditions.
Once the chilled reserve has been used, the unit can continue dispensing filtered water, but it should not be described as an unlimited supply of water at the selected chilled temperature.
