Smaller kitchens and other low-use spaces may not need the capacity of a larger drinking-water system. The Alpine 060 provides a dedicated chilled filtered-water supply from a square slimline dispenser, operated by a single paddle lever.
It is specified for up to 12 people, with a published chilled-water output of 60 cups per hour under Billi's stated test conditions. The under-counter unit is water cooled, allows the chilled temperature to be adjusted and needs no ventilation grilles in the surrounding cabinetry.
During sustained use, once the chilled reserve is exhausted, the dispenser can continue to provide filtered water, but not necessarily at the selected chilled temperature. This is a chilled-water system and does not dispense boiling or sparkling water.
