Where a kitchen needs chilled drinking water but not a boiling-water function, the Alpine 125 offers a choice of chilled or room-temperature filtered water. This configuration uses Billi’s XT dispenser, with touch-sensitive controls built into the top of the tap.
The chilled-water temperature can be adjusted, and the system provides a continuous supply of ambient filtered water. It is rated for workplaces of up to 40 people.
Its water-cooled under-counter unit is just 180mm wide and does not need ventilation grilles in the surrounding cabinetry. The XT is worth considering where touch operation is preferred to the Alpine’s alternative levered controls.
