Not every workplace needs chilled drinking water. The Sahara 360 offers filtered boiling water for hot drinks and a continuous supply of filtered ambient-temperature water through the same XL levered dispenser.
The system sits beneath the worktop, with no requirement for ventilation grilles in the surrounding cabinetry. Its suggested capacity is up to 60 people, making it an option for shared kitchens that need boiling and room-temperature water without a chilled-water function.
The distinction is worth making when specifying the product: ambient water follows the incoming supply temperature and is not actively chilled. Boiling-water delivery has a rated recovery capacity, while ambient filtered water is supplied continuously, subject to the available mains supply.
