Boiling Water Delivery:
XL Levered Dispenser
The functional style is designed for high use and meets green building design principles – providing you with the ultimate in environmentally sensitive appliances. The XL levered dispenser is streamlined and elegant. It is simply operated with position-sensitive levers and an easy to use safety switch.
Gun Metal Grey
XT Touch Dispenser
Instant boiling and still water, this tap offers exceptional home convenience and is ideal for making hot drinks and reducing food preparation time with instant boiling water. The XT Touch dispenser is an innovative, contemporary tap, which has a top operating panel offering a sophisticated and clean style.
XR Remote Dispenser
The XR remote dispenser is another version of the lever free dispenser, however the operation panel is located away from the dispenser. This can be installed in your desired position to meet design requirements, particularly wheelchair access.
Style of dispenser
Choose a dispenser from our standard XL Levered, the innovative XT Touch version which has no levers and a clean style with all operation via a touch pad at the top of the tap or the XR remote which has a separate control pad which can be mounted nearby the tap for greater design flexibility. All versions are available with the complete Billi boiling and chilled range, and the boiling and ambient range.
Integrated drain font
If the dispenser is to be mounted away from a sink, choose our XI Font. The ultimate in modern clean styling, it can be either surface mounted or recessed into the bench top for a completely flush mounting.
The font comes complete with a 70mm dispenser riser to ensure sufficient clearance.
Sahara – Space, Energy and Time Efficient
The Billi Sahara features one of the smallest under counter units of its kind in the world. With space at a premium in city offices, the Sahara is focused on space savings, and can sometime be half the size of others on the market. This maximises precious under counter storage space.
The Sahara uses the Billi trademarked Thermostore tank technology and insulation materials which boasts an energy efficiency level 50 times that of a traditional hot water tank. In addition all Sahara systems include a 7 day, 24 hour time switch to conserve power, or alternatively can be put into Standby mode which conserves energy by powering down after a prescribed period of non use.
With its innovative technology the Billi Sahara dispenses more cups of boiling water instantly than any tap of its kind on the market. This allows for peak periods of high demand in the teapoint or canteen environment. Billi regards instant dispense as the most important measure of a boiling tap capacity.
The Billi Sahara does not require cupboard ventilation or ventilation grilles. It has no cooling fan, which gives the benefit of space saving and cost reduction.
All our boiling taps come with an integrated safety switch. The red lock icon demonstrates when the safety switch is activated, simply press the switch to release the lock and allow full use of boiling water. The system will revert to safety mode after 8 seconds of non use.
Splash free delivery
Electronic control of boiling water delivery ensures user safety. The flow is momentarily slowed as the water exits the dispenser, eliminating splashing as the water enters the cup.
Following collaboration with architects, designers, engineers and end users, Billi has created an exceptional range of dispensers to suit our Boiling and Ambient systems. Comprising three different styles of tap in four finishes and a corresponding drainage font, this range ticks all the boxes with clean sophisticated style, advanced safety technology, ease of installation and energy efficiency.

There’s no room left under our sink. Can a Billi water filtration system be installed in the next cupboard?
Absolutely. In fact your dispenser can be installed up to 2.0m from its under counter water filter. Remember, there may be a boiling water delay with a long extension.
How often should I replace my under counter water system filter?
We recommend a new filter at least every 6-12 months, depending on usage and water quality.
Do I need to buy special filters for my under counter water system?
Yes. You should always use the correct filter for your water system. Call us to order on 020 7456 6789.
Do water filtration systems get blocked? Our boiling water flows well but cool just dribbles out.
Yes. As filters catch contaminants, they become soiled. Billi under counter water systems use mains pressure, so reduced chilled water flow indicates you should change filters.
Why do the red lights flash on the tap?
The indicator lights tell you what’s going on. Flashing red means boiling water hasn’t reached 99°C yet. The light will glow solid when this happens.
How do I know when to change the under counter water filter?
The orange light will flash continually when your water filter needs changing.
I don’t have boiling water and the dispenser red light is always flashing.
The heating element may have blown or overloaded. Call us on 020 7456 6790 for engineer assistance.
Why is there is a strange taste to the drinking water from our undersink filter?
Contaminants collected in your under counter filter become concentrated when filters reach the end of their life and can affect water taste. Ensure that the filter is replaced at least every 12 months or 6,000 litres, and preferably twice a year.
Do you have a drainage tray? We’d like to install a Billi unit in the boardroom but there’s no sink.
Yes. The Billi XI font is available for this purpose in a finish to match your filtered water dispenser.
How can I tell if my Billi unit is on or off?
If the Billi dispenser lights are illuminated, your water system is on.
