Ventilation free systems up to 50% smaller than our competitors, so you are not giving up usable storage in the tea point.
For architects, designers and specifiers
Specify Billi
Drinking water systems that are easy to specify and integrate. Ventilation free, up to 50% smaller than competing systems and available in multiple finishes, with the drawings, data sheets and CPD support your project needs.
How to specify a Billi
Four routes into a Billi specification, whether you are sizing a system, writing the spec or pulling drawings.
Saving space, energy and time
Billi products are designed around the three things a specifier has to balance: how much plant space a system takes, how much energy it uses, and how quickly it delivers.
Thermodynamic heat exchange captures the heat normally lost through cooling and uses it to preheat the boiling water.
Instant dispensing at 90 to 250 cups of boiling water per hour, sized to the number of people the space serves.
RIBA-approved CPD
Our CPD seminar, “Saving Space, Energy and Time: Design Considerations When Specifying Sustainable Drinking Water Systems”, covers the design and specification of drinking water systems.
- Defining client expectations for tea points
- Water-cooled heat-exchange technology against air-cooled systems
- Identifying space, energy and time requirements
- Understanding drinking water industry accreditations
- Sustainability and a plastic-free workplace
- The impact of aesthetic considerations
- Filtration, scale management and regular maintenance
Sustainability you can evidence
Billi systems are installed in award-winning workplaces, including the Bloomberg building, named the UK’s best new building by the Royal Institute of British Architects in 2021.
Figures published by Bloomberg for its London building, assessed under the BREEAM sustainability assessment method. They describe the building as a whole, not a Billi system in isolation.
Designed to sit in your scheme
Boiling, chilled and sparkling taps in a range of styles and over 10 finishes, so the tap can follow the ironmongery rather than fight it. Because the boiling and chilled systems need no ventilation, the underbench unit is smaller and easier to place, which matters most in an office tea point where every millimetre of joinery is spoken for. We have worked closely with interior designers, architects and product designers for over a decade.
Specified and installed
Projects where the system had to meet a design standard as well as a performance one.
