Some workplace kitchens need boiling water for hot drinks but prefer drinking water at ambient temperature. The Sahara 360 covers those two requirements through a single XT dispenser with touch-sensitive controls.
The system is specified for workplaces of up to 60 people. It provides a continuous supply of ambient filtered water alongside boiling water, whose published output is subject to the system's capacity and recovery. The XT's controls are integrated into the dispenser rather than located on a separate wall or worktop panel.
The main unit sits beneath the counter, keeping boiling-water equipment off the worktop. No ventilation grilles are required in the surrounding cabinetry, giving more flexibility when planning the kitchen joinery.
