The Sahara 360 is an alternative to a boiling-and-chilled system for workplaces that prefer ambient drinking water. It dispenses filtered boiling and ambient water, with a published suggested capacity of up to 60 people.
On the XR version, the control panel can be positioned separately from the water outlet. This gives designers more freedom to consider reach and access when planning a shared kitchen, though the complete installation still needs to be assessed against the relevant accessibility requirements.
The Sahara's under-counter unit takes the boiling-water equipment off the worktop and needs no ventilation grilles in the cabinetry. Ambient filtered water is available continuously; the published boiling-water output is capacity limited and should not be described as unlimited.
