DeliveryThe CO2 gas cylinder supplied must be secured in a suitable location. Each cylinder contains 1100g of CO2 and should be installed in a well ventilated area. Each cylinder will provide 160 litres of sparkling water depending on the unit settings. The MSDS is available on www.billi-uk.com for a complete list of specifications and warnings. Replacement gas cylinders are available from Billi. CO2 Cylinder - Order code 996911 and select chosen quantity (single, twin, 6-pack)

Chilled and sparkling water are the focus of the Alpine Sparkling 200. Its dual-lever slimline dispenser provides both options from one outlet, without adding a boiling-water function that may not be needed in the space.
The system uses water-cooling technology and has adjustable settings for chilled-water temperature and carbonation. Billi's dedicated datasheet specifies a combined chilled and sparkling delivery rate of 200 cups per hour under stated test conditions, with a suggested capacity of up to 80 people.
The installation also includes a CO2 cylinder, which needs to be secured in a suitable, well-ventilated location. Allow sufficient space for the complete installation and check the latest installation guidance: Billi's older and newer published documents give conflicting cupboard-ventilation information.
