With the XR version of the Quadra Plus 9, the drinking-water controls sit on a separate panel rather than on the dispenser. This allows their position to be considered independently of the water outlet when planning a shared kitchen, including where users have different access needs.
Filtered boiling and chilled water comes from the XR dispenser, while a separate paddle mixer serves the sink with hot and cold water. The under-counter unit generates the mixer's hot supply from a cold mains feed and uses water-cooled heat exchange, so the cabinetry does not need ventilation grilles.
The Quadra Plus 9 is rated for up to 60 people. Accessibility should be considered as part of the overall installation, rather than assumed from the dispenser choice alone.
