For kitchens where people want a choice between chilled and room-temperature drinking water, the Alpine 125 provides both through the XR dispenser. The drinking-water controls are on a separate remote panel, allowing their position to be considered independently of the water outlet.
That flexibility can be helpful when planning a kitchen around different access needs, although the finished layout must be assessed for accessibility. Billi specifies the system for up to 40 people, with a published chilled-water output of 120 cups per hour. Ambient filtered water is available continuously, while chilled output is subject to the unit's capacity and recovery.
The water-cooled system is installed beneath the counter and does not require ventilation grilles in the surrounding cabinetry.
