One of the main focuses for Billi as a business is to continuously improve our customer service. To do this, we try and get as much feedback as possible from our clients. Using this feedback, we make amendments and changes to help improve the service we provide.
Listening to our clients’ feedback is how we continually manage to exceed expectations. Billi taps are in the offices and workspaces of some of the world’s biggest businesses and brands, including Costa, Mothercare and Booking.com. The feedback from Costa was overwhelmingly positive. “The Billi Team were very helpful and we felt supported all the way. We have had previous experience with under-counter water systems so we were looking for a stylish tap to go with our modern design as well as a reliable customer service. So we chose Billi!” – Marc Congdon, Engineering Manager at Costa.
The “Billi experience” is something we are immensely proud of. Our customer service is second to none, and we always pledge to keep learning what our customers like and dislike. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and by listening to the people we care for, we will improve our services and continue to make our customers happier and the business more responsive. In order to do that, we need feedback every day.
Donating to Macmillan
We are attempting to get more feedback from our valued customers. For each completed feedback form, we will donate £1 to Macmillan Cancer Support. This money will go to the charity to help them provide essential care and support to those suffering from cancer and also help towards providing better advice and resources to anybody living with cancer.
We would like to extend and spread the positivity we hear back from our clients to outside of the Billi community by helping Macmillan Cancer Support to continue the great work they do. These donations will be the latest in a great line of donations Billi has made to charity since we began. Only last month did our marketing manager, Simona Whyte take on the “marathon” challenge of running the Brighton Marathon for the mental health charity, Mind.
All of the feedback forms will be collated at the end of each month and the donations made on your behalf. Remember, for every piece of feedback we will donate £1! So get donating.
This quarter, we will be donating to Macmillan Cancer Support. However, next quarter, we will donate to a different charity. We feel this is best to help spread the Billi positivity and money we raise equally to a variety of charities that are close to our heart.
