However, there are plenty of other uses for it too. Carbonated water may seem fairly inconspicuous, but as well as being great for drinking, it can be used for cleaning, gardening and cooking! Stain Removal – A mother’s method that actually works. Sparkling water can be used to lift particularly tricky stains. Next time you spill something, try rubbing the affected area with carbonated water. It works on wine, food and more. Remember, if you have a spillage while you’re eating out, most restaurants will have soda water so make sure you ask for some!

Cooking – Sparkling water can be used instead of still water in several ways in the kitchen. When cooking pasta, if you boil fizzy water instead of still, the cooked pasta will supposedly have a lighter texture! Similarly, if you use sparkling water instead of milk when making pancakes they will be lighter and fluffier when cooked.
