The Quadra Compact provides filtered boiling and chilled water in smaller workplace kitchens, with the capacity to serve up to 20 people. Its relatively shallow under-counter unit makes it worth considering for tea points where cupboard depth is at a premium.
This configuration uses the familiar XL levered dispenser, with red and blue levers that make the two water controls easier to tell apart. Billi’s water-cooled heat-exchange technology recovers heat within the system and means ventilation grilles are not required in the surrounding cabinetry. The coloured controls are a useful specification option where visual contrast is important.
