DeliveryThe CO2 gas cylinder supplied must be secured in a suitable location. Each cylinder contains 1100g of CO2 and should be installed in a well ventilated area. Each cylinder will provide 160 litres of sparkling water depending on the unit settings. The MSDS is available on www.billi-uk.com for a complete list of specifications and warnings. Replacement gas cylinders are available from Billi. CO2 Cylinder - Order code 996911 and select chosen quantity (single, twin, 6-pack)

The Quadra Sparkling Plus 9 gives workplace kitchens three filtered drinking-water options from one XL levered dispenser: boiling, chilled and sparkling. A separate gooseneck mixer supplies hot and cold water at the sink, keeping everyday washing and food preparation separate from drinking-water use.
The system generates the mixer’s hot water from a cold mains feed without an additional under-counter water heater. Both the chilled temperature and level of carbonation can be adjusted, and Billi rates this configuration for up to 60 people. The equipment is installed beneath the counter, with a CO2 cylinder required for sparkling water.
