DeliveryThe CO2 gas cylinder supplied must be secured in a suitable location. Each cylinder contains 1100g of CO2 and should be installed in a well ventilated area. Each cylinder will provide 160 litres of sparkling water depending on the unit settings. The MSDS is available on www.billi-uk.com for a complete list of specifications and warnings. Replacement gas cylinders are available from Billi. CO2 Cylinder - Order code 996911 and select chosen quantity (single, twin, 6-pack)

Where a kitchen needs sparkling water as well as everyday hot drinks, the Quadra Sparkling Plus 9 provides boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered water from its XL dispenser. The red and blue levers offer greater visual contrast, while the separate curved gooseneck mixer is used for hot and cold water at the sink.
Chilled-water temperature and the level of carbonation can be adjusted. The system also produces mixer hot water from the cold mains feed, avoiding the need for a separate hot-water supply to the unit.
This configuration is specified for up to 60 people. The installation must also accommodate a secured CO2 cylinder in a well-ventilated location, so its position should be planned alongside the under-counter equipment.
