Where do I find drawings and BIM objects?
Dimensioned drawings, data sheets and installation guides are in the technical document library, and BIM objects are downloadable from the BIM page. If a project needs something that is not published, our specification team will produce it.
What sustainability credentials does Billi hold?
Global GreenTag LCARate certification at Gold level, held and re-certified since 2012, plus an Environmental Product Declaration to EN 15804. The certification is recognised under BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Greenstar Australia and New Zealand, NZ Homestar and IS Rating. The business operates to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
How much service clearance do I need to allow?
Billi systems are water-cooled rather than air-cooled, so they do not require cross ventilation, cooling fans or the clearance zones air-cooled units need. That takes the ventilation grille off the joinery drawing entirely.
Can we book a CPD for the practice?
Yes. The RIBA-approved CPD covers instant filtered water systems, energy use and specification, and can be delivered in your studio or online.
What finishes are available?
More than ten, including chrome, brushed, matte black, matte white, rose gold and urban brass, with matching drainage fonts and mixer taps. Physical samples can be posted for client sign-off.
