Busy workplace kitchens often need the drinking-water tap and the sink to be used independently. With the Quadra Plus 15, the XL levered dispenser provides filtered boiling and chilled water while a separate gooseneck mixer supplies hot and cold sink water.
The Plus 15 has a published initial mixer hot-water drawdown of 15 litres at 50°C, alongside the boiling and chilled drinking-water supply. It produces the mixer's hot water from the incoming cold mains feed, without requiring a separate hot-water supply to the unit.
Rated for workplaces of up to 100 people, it uses water-cooled heat exchange and requires no ventilation grilles in the surrounding cabinetry. A dedicated 20A electrical connection is needed and should be accounted for during specification.
