What are the installation requirements?
A mains water supply and a power socket. Because the systems are water-cooled rather than air-cooled there is no ventilation grille, no cooling fan and no clearance zone to coordinate, which is usually the detail that surprises teams switching from another brand.
Can you work to our programme?
Yes. Tell us the handover date early and we will confirm lead times and schedule installation around the programme rather than after it.
Do you install, or does the contractor?
Billi’s own engineers install nationwide. The system arrives with a self-commissioning function, and our engineer completes commissioning and demonstrates the system at handover.
What finishes can we match to the joinery?
More than ten, including chrome, brushed, matte black, matte white, rose gold and urban brass, with matching drainage fonts and mixer taps. Physical samples can be posted before you commit.
What does the client get after handover?
A 24-month warranty as standard, plus the option of a Combi 3 or Combi 5 plan taken out within six months of installation, covering maintenance, parts and labour for three or five years.
