Billi Supports the Hamlet Centre Trust

Here at Billi, the way our customers are supported is one of our main priorities. We strive for a world-class customer service experience, to get this we rely on the essential feedback from our clients. We highly appreciate honesty from our valued customers and without it, we would be unable to make the amendments and changes that constantly improve our service.

The feedback gathered by some of our client’s in the past has given us the opportunity to evolve and exceed our customer service expectations. Our taps are fitted in the offices and workspaces of some of the most renowned businesses. Some of those include Hugo Boss, Battersea Power station, Lego and many more. We constantly aspire to grow as a business in all areas and reach even more brands. Our innovative design, customer service and respectful and fun working environment aid our business, however, in order to progress even further, we need feedback from every single one of our clients.

With this feedback, our designers can continue to be innovative. Recognising your favourite features,  and improving upon them. Our products? They can carry on fulfilling all your requirements and expectations. With so many different products that we can recommend specifically based on your needs, knowing exactly what you want and how you want it to function is invaluable to us.

Supporting Charities Close to Our Hearts

Our hope is to gain more of this essential feedback whilst also giving back to wonderful charities. We choose to support those that are close to our hearts. Previously, we supported Macmillan Cancer Support, which you can read about here. Now, we’re pledging that for every feedback form that we receive; we will be donating £1 to the Hamlet Centre Trust. This money will go to helping provide more care and support to the workers and activities held at the trust.

The Hamlet Centre Trust is based in the city of Norwich. They offer recreational, educational and social opportunities for children and adults with profound disabilities and complex health needs. Jack and Margaret Wymer created the trust in 1972. It was initially created to offer services for children and adults with disabilities from birth.

From then until now, the Hamlet Centre Trust has and continues to offer a broad range of services. They offer support and assistance for over 500 families each year from across Norfolk and North Suffolk. The services offered encourage integration and inclusion and aspire to break down the barriers that frequently exist for people with disabilities.

The return in the feedback forms last quarter meant that we raised £272 for Macmillan Cancer Support. We are so grateful for all these contributions and hope to do the same for this quarter.

So please give what you can this month via our fundraising page, or if you would like to fill out one of our feedback forms, and we can make a donation on your behalf.
