This version of the Quadra 4100 adds red and blue levers to Billi's XL dispenser, making the boiling and chilled controls easier to tell apart. The colour contrast can be particularly useful for people with vision impairments in busy shared kitchens.
The system is rated for workplaces of up to 100 people, with position-sensitive levers for controlling the flow of filtered water. Its main unit is installed beneath the worktop and uses water-cooled heat exchange technology to recover waste heat.
No ventilation grilles are required in the surrounding cabinetry. The contrasting levers are an accessibility feature, although the suitability of the complete installation still depends on the wider kitchen layout.
