The XT version gives the Quadra 4100 a different style of control without changing its suggested capacity of up to 100 people. Boiling and chilled filtered water are dispensed through a touch-sensitive panel integrated into the tap, offering an alternative to the XL's traditional levers.
It is suited to larger shared kitchens that need a high-capacity drinking-water system but prefer the appearance and operation of a touch dispenser.
Beneath the worktop, Billi's water-cooled heat exchange technology recovers waste heat to support energy efficiency. It also removes the need for ventilation grilles in the surrounding cabinetry, helping keep the installation straightforward to plan.
