When the sink and drinking-water dispenser see frequent use, having a separate tap for each keeps their functions clearly defined. This Quadra Plus 15 uses Billi's familiar XL dispenser for filtered boiling and chilled water, with position-sensitive levers and a boiling-water safety control. The paddle mixer serves the sink independently.
Hot water for the mixer is generated by the same under-counter system using the incoming cold mains supply. The Plus 15 has a published initial mixer hot-water drawdown of 15 litres at 50°C, as well as capacity suited to workplaces of up to 100 people.
The water-cooled unit recovers waste heat and can be installed without ventilation grilles in the surrounding kitchen cabinetry.
